Our Copal Tree Distillery is thoughtfully designed to be zero waste, and we proudly produce cacao rum free of additives or artificial colors. The sugar cane juice is carefully distilled in our column still and then gently infused with roasted, locally grown organic cacao nibs to capture the vibrant chocolate notes, while preserving the natural sweetness of the cane.
